1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order and before any work has commenced.
  • Once the project has started or work has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests will only be accepted if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services.
  • Refunds are applicable if there is a clear failure to deliver the service as promised.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that are fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
  • Consultation fees, project management fees, or any other service charges incurred during the project are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any changes or modifications requested after project completion.

4. Reporting Issues

  • If you receive incomplete or unsatisfactory service, you must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 30 days of service delivery.
  • Our team will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Disputes and Resolution

  • In case of a disagreement regarding a refund, we encourage open communication to reach an amicable resolution.
  • If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab.
